Our Moderator, Ms. Maria Cordo, Executive Director, Frank Crystal & Company, will lead a distinguished panel of topic experts. Maria’s role focuses on development and servicing of Financial Lines for Frank Crystal & Company of Florida, including banks, complex financial entities and public companies.

Our panelists:
Larry Burke is a Managing Director for Sunera, LLC, a leading Governance, Risk and Compliance professional services firm, which has grown since its founding in 2005 to over 100 professionals and 12 offices across the U.S. and Canada. Sunera serves both public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries by assisting companies with risk management and achieving regulatory compliance.

Laurie L. Green, Esq., Partner for Holland & Knight, advises public companies on corporate governance requirements of the NYSE, AMEX, and NASDAQ, and the SEC's corporate governance standards under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank. In addition to her corporate governance experience, Ms. Green spent 11 years at the SEC and served as Special Counsel in the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance in Washington, D.C. in its Office of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Linda C. Frazier, Esq. is Vice President and Senior Counsel of HSN, Inc., a $3 billion interactive multi-channel retailer with strong direct-to-consumer expertise through its two operating segments HSN and Cornerstone. Ms. Frazier handles all securities and corporate governance matters for HSNI, including compliance with Dodd-Frank. Previously, she was a shareholder with Carlton Fields, P.A. where she practiced in the areas of securities compliance, corporate governance, public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ms. Frazier is a member of the Florida, Massachusetts and New York bars. She has a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Barry University (cum laude) and a J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.

Diane M. Parker, Assistant Vice President-Professional Liability Claims with Allied World Assurance Company is responsible for overseeing D&O claims in the company’s Dallas office. Diane began her career with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Ross, Dixon & Masback, LLP, where she litigated D&O and insurance coverage matters, as well as media liability and other complex civil cases. After Executive Risk was acquired by Chubb, Diane served as Assistant Vice President and Claim Counsel at Chubb for the next ten years, responsible for overseeing the company’s complex healthcare D&O and E&O claims, as well as high‐exposure commercial D&O, financial D&O and E&O, fiduciary, employment, and other professional liability claims across the United States. Diane received her law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as Chief Articles and Notes Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She is a member of the Texas bar and an active member of the Texas chapter of PLUS, as well as other professional and charitable organizations.
