Mindy Grossman is Chief Executive Officer of HSN, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSNI) and a member of the company's Board of Directors. In this capacity, she oversees a $3 billion retail portfolio, which encompasses HSN and Cornerstone, a dynamic multichannel retailer of lifestyle brands, including Frontgate, Garnet Hill, Ballard Designs, Grandin Road, Improvements, Smith+Noble, Territory Ahead and TravelSmith.

Ms. Grossman has also led HSN's expansion into mobile with the development of applications for the iphone, android and ipad, and oversaw the launch in 2010 of a second 24-hour television shopping channel HSN2.

Prior to taking the company public in 2008, Ms. Grossman had been Chief Executive Officer of IAC Retailing, a business segment of InterActiveCorp. Ms. Grossman joined IAC Retailing from Nike, Inc., where she served as Global Vice-President and led Nike's $4 billion apparel business from 2000 to 2006. In addition, she was responsible for the development and growth of Nike's global women's business and served as Co-chair of its Women's Leadership Council.

Prior to Nike, Ms. Grossman served as President and CEO of Polo Jeans Company from 1995 to 2000. She was Vice-President of New Business Development at Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation from 1994 to 1995 and President of Chaps Ralph Lauren and Senior Vice-President of Menswear for Warnaco, Inc. from 1991 to 1994. She has also held senior positions at Tommy Hilfiger and Oxford Industries and began her career in 1977 in the menswear industry.

Ms. Grossman was named 2011 Corporate Innovator of the Year at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Florida Awards, and she was recognized as one of Fast Company's Top 100 Most Creative People in Business. In 2010, Ms. Grossman was ranked by the Financial Times as one of the top 50 women in world business, and in 2009 Forbes magazine named her one of the world's 100 most powerful women. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Retail Federation, as well as Cosmetic Executive Women. She is Co-Chair of the Fashion Institute of Technology's Executive Women in Fashion Advisory Board, and is also a member of the Advisory Board of the J. Baker School of Retail at the Wharton School of Business.



Elizabeth A. (Liz) Smith, CEO of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, is responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term objectives, growth strategies and initiatives for its family of casual dining brands, which include Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, and Roy’s restaurants. A 25-year veteran of the consumer industry, Ms. Smith has a long history of bringing a consumer focus and innovation to building brands.

Ms. Smith joins OSI Restaurant Partners following her tenure with Avon Products Inc., where she served most recently as president. In that role, she successfully led the company’s global marketing, supply chain, information technology and global sales business units, building the organizational capability and infrastructure to help the company capitalize on its global scale.
Prior to joining Avon, Ms. Smith worked for 14 years at Kraft Foods Inc, where most recently she served as the group vice president and president of the U.S. beverages and grocery sectors, overseeing a total of $6 billion in sales.

Ms. Smith is a member of the board of directors of Staples Inc. and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America. In March 2011 Ms. Smith was appointed to President Barrack Obama’s Management Advisory Board. She holds a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.



Eileen Auen, Chairman & CEO, PMSI. As Chairman and CEO, Eileen Auen is focused on ensuring that PMSI is recognized as the most trusted, integrated pharmacy and specialty services provider in the workers’ compensation and liability markets. Eileen is a highly regarded insurance industry executive with proven experience leading large healthcare and workers’ compensation companies.

Throughout her career, Eileen’s dynamic leadership style has driven outstanding outcomes for her organizations’ customers as well as her investors/shareholders.

Eileen brings nearly 20 years of executive experience in workers’ compensation and healthcare. Prior to leading PMSI, Eileen was the head of healthcare management for Aetna, Inc., the nation’s third-largest health insurer. In this role, Eileen managed more than $35 billion in healthcare spending and led the company’s network management, care management, and informatics organizations.

Directly prior to this, Eileen served as Chief Executive Officer at APS Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of Care Management and Behavioral Health Solutions that covered more than 20 million members in the United States and Puerto Rico. While at APS, Eileen repositioned the company to become one of the largest and most successful integrated Care Management organizations in the country.
