Join Women Executive Leadership as we welcome Susan Schiffer Stautberg, co-Founder of the OnBoard BootCamp, co-Founder of Women Corporate Directors (WCD) and President of PartnerCom Corporation, along with a distinguished panel of speakers for this one-of-a-kind South Florida event!
The OnBoard Bootcamp is a unique program for women who are board-ready, to get onto boards. The Bootcamp provides an insider’s guide to the selection process for corporate and private boards, advisory boards or nonprofit boards, and best practices in positioning yourself for board “short lists” by matching current skills and future goals to being a successful and effective director.
Details:
This Bootcamp was created for C-level executives or CEO’s of companies with more than $15 million in sales (and >100 employees). Participants must have one or more of the following characteristics:
- Already serving on a nonprofit or small company board
- About to become a board member
- Would like to be selected for a board, or
- Would like to establish an action plan for getting on boards
Seating for the Bootcamp is limited to allow for a highly interactive experience focused on techniques in the commitment to increase the number of women board directors, and providing women with a path for leadership that make both an immediate and lasting impact.
Program Fees include all OnBoard Bootcamp materials, lunch and afternoon snacks.
WEL Charter Members: $990.00; Non-Members: $1,200.00
