Kerrii B. Anderson, CPA served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Wendy's International, Inc. from November 9, 2006 to September 2008 focusing on transacting while transforming the business at a time of shareholder activism. Ms. Anderson has a strong record of leadership in operations and strategy as well as a focus on right-sizing the organization. At Wendy's International, Inc., she served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from April 2006 to November 2006 and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from September 2000 to April, 2006. During that time, she managed key areas including Wendy's Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Wendy's Bakery. Kerrii takes great satisfaction in mentoring others, and looks forward to providing her insights to WEL’s women on the move. Kerrii will share the challenges she overcame as well as the opportunities seized throughout her journey.

Our moderator, Mr. Angel Gallinal is a Partner in the Miami office of Egon Zehnder International, He has experience in CEO, COO, Division President/General Management, Chief Marketing Officer and Board of Director search assignments, and serves as the North America Leader for the Firm's Consumer Practice Group. Angel is also the Global Leader for the Hospitality and Leisure Practice. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mr. Gallinal worked for a number of years in diversified entertainment organizations such as the National Basketball Association and the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Gallinal began his career as a corporate banker with Southeast Bank, N.A. in Miami, where he forged relationships with leading Fortune 500 organizations.
