Barbara Talbott, founder of GlenLarkin Advisors and former Chief Marketing Officer of Four Seasons Hotels, is a leader in global branding and service innovation. During a period of rapid and successful growth, she led the effort which made Four Seasons one of the world’s most valuable brands. From 1989-2008, Barbara and her team introduced Four Seasons to more than 30 new country markets, delivering superior results through many business cycles. In 2007, she received a lifetime achievement award from HSMAI, the international hospitality sales and marketing institute. Recent recipients of this award have included Sir Richard Branson, Michael Eisner, and Barry Sternlicht.

Author of “The Power of Personal Service,” Barbara is a sought-after speaker and advisor to organizations in a variety of industries including hospitality, health and wellness, retailing and professional services. In 2009, she formed GlenLarkin Advisors, LLC to continue sharing her insights and expertise through speaking, writing and serving on boards of directors.

She currently serves on the board of the Committee of 200, a global organization dedicated to advancing the next generation of women’s leadership. Here in South Florida, she is also involved with The Commonwealth Institute, Women Executive Leadership (WEL) and Women Corporate Directors (WCD).
