Women Executive Leadership is committed to helping companies, search firms and executives involved in the search selection process with identifying female talent and is committed to helping female executives access search opportunities. With deep roots in the business community, Women Executive Leadership is working to change the landscape of corporate boards and executive teams through meeting with companies and business leaders to educate them on how we can help them. WEL has alliances with search firms and is an affiliate of the InterOganization Network (ION) that includes a database of approximately 10,000 women in 14 regions across the U.S. For more information visit http://www.ionwomen.org
