Carolyn Donaldson is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Altegra Health, Inc. and longtime Miami resident. She is a familiar figure in Florida’s executive, university and volunteer communities and brings over 30 years experience to clients as a Human Resources Professional, Executive Coach, Organization Consultant and Speaker as President, CMS Global, LLC.
Ms. Donaldson, who has held executive positions at a number of major bio-pharmaceutical companies, most recently served as vice president and chief human resources officer for Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, licensing, marketing and sale of prescription pharmaceutical products.
She serves or has served on the boards and various committees of the following community organizations: United Way of Miami-Dade County, The Children’s Trust, Goodwill Industries of South Florida and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Her professional contributions include prior chair or co-chair roles for Florida International University (FIU) MSM-HRM Advisory Board, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) HR - Business Education and Training Committee and the Senate Committee on Executive Business and Ethics. Her professional honors include: Community Service Awards; South Florida Business Journal - Excellence in Human Resources Award and the Greater Miami Society of Human Resources Management - Life Time Achievement Award.
Carolyn has served as presenter, facilitator and/or panel speaker for Marcus Evans Seminars, Diversity Council of South Florida, Miami Dade Chamber, Greater Miami Chamber – HR & Business Education, BIO-Florida, Common Wealth Institute of South Florida (TCI), Florida International University (FIU) MSM-HRM, Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) and Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management (GMSHRM).
She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University as well as advanced credentials in community and private sector leadership development.
