Bringing Something New To The Table

As our Census Study reveals, many of the boards and corporate suites are missing something – and that something is the presence of forward-thinking, qualified women to diversify the executive team and bring confidence, competence and knowledge to the table. That’s why a group of proactive female business leaders from an array of different professions came together in 1999 to create Women Executive Leadership, a not-for-profit organization that advocates, educates and connects female business leaders. The founders of Women Executive Leadership were well aware of the impact women executives have on a corporation and realized that they could provide a service to both female leaders and public companies by working on behalf of both entities… and so Women Executive Leadership was born.
